About ShiftCircle

ShiftCircle is a community-driven platform where verified nurses can coordinate shift swaps, discover open and per-diem work, and exchange useful workplace insight with people nearby.

Created from nursing experience, the first circle is focused on ER nurses in Tacoma and Seattle. The goal is simple: build a credible 100-member community before expanding to more specialties and regions.

We believe nurses deserve clearer schedule options, more transparent pay information, and a trusted local network shaped by healthcare workers rather than generic job-board noise.
